Team

We strive to provide the best workplace, to care for our environment and to positively help others. These values guide us as we navigate new terrain and when facing challenges as a team. Our CRAFT culture holds us accountable to our business, our partners and to each other as we continue to evolve and grow together.

CRAFT Culture

Our CRAFT culture is the core of who we are.

Our Culture

MaCher is not a traditional company. We are now a self-organized company. We have successfully integrated Teal6 practices into our business and are on a continued journey towards being more individually accountable for our work, deeply trusting of each others’ expertise and decentralizing decision making. As we grow, we continue embracing vulnerability and wholeness in the workplace, while giving and receiving honest feedback. This practice helps us use empathy to sense and respond while navigating the business landscape and our changing world.

We believe that a self-organized structure allows our team to grow and bring their best selves to work and the business to stay nimble and agile in difficult times.

Our culture team focus

As a self-organized or Teal organization, MaCher team members regularly give each other honest and timely feedback on their performance. Teammates share ideas and examples of specific skills that will increase efficiency and overall impact within the business.
